Biography
Dr. Mark Graham is a professor in the Department of Visual Art at Brigham Young University. Dr. Graham is also an artist and illustrator and has illustrated more than twenty children picture books. He continues to create various kinds of art objects, including mandalas. He spent most of his professional life in New York City where he studied at the Art Student’s League of New York and Columbia University. His research interests include Tibetan mandalas, place-based approaches to education, ecology and art education, and the role of teaching artists in K-12 schools.g
