Biography
Specializing in strategic communication and conflict resolution in public relations, Ken Plowman earned a doctorate in Journalism from the University of Maryland and an MPA from George Washington University. He spent 15 years in the field, the majority of that on Capitol Hill. He is also the author of over 40 publications and is a retired public affairs officer from the U.S. Army Reserve.
