Biography
Born and raised in Alberta, Canada. David obtained an MPA degree from Brigham Young University in 2003. He went on to earn a PhD in Public Administration from the University of Kansas in 2007. David has held faculty positions at the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University and the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany--SUNY. David, and his wife Alyson, live in Provo, Utah with their three children.
